? Prospect for potential wholesale brokers and for referral sources to function as centers of influence. ? Facilitate broker submissions of loan packages. ? Review products with the broker, answer scenario questions, provide status updates and answer general questions. ? Review and counsel broker on all facets of increasing volumes. ? Review broker application for MB program and monitor ongoing performance of brokers ? Work with management and wholesale operations to improve the viability of the wholesale program.
Minimum Qualifications
? 1-3 years previous experience ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Must have sales background or display high sales aptitude. Background with permanent mortgage loans.
