CIBER is currently seeking a Trainer in Minneapolis, MN to develop and manage Training work plan; provide status updates on the progress of training.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide guidance and expertise on Training approaches, techniques and tools.
*




Conduct Training Needs Assessment.
*




Develop Training Strategy.
*




Design ICD-10 Knowledge Portal.
*




Work with BPM Lead to address significant changes in business processes.
*




Work with Technical Lead to address application changes that impact end users.
*




Work with the Program Director and Project Leads to identify, analyze and develop plans to address training needs.
*




Develop Training Evaluation.
*




Review course outlines, courseware and job aids for quality.
*




Develop and coordinate delivery of the Train the Trainer program to the Trainers.
* Must have previous experience as a Trainer.
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation.
* Highly motivated individual who enjoys working on complex projects.
* Strong partnering and customer relationship skills.
