Performs middleware monitoring and capacity planning. Tunes and improves performance for product. Provides top-level technical consulting to the development teams and senior management as necessary.

Skills Summary :
Experienced hands-on tibbr administrator with 5 years of experience as Tibco System administrator using Tibco Administrator, BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, EMS and Tibbr administration.
Ability to deploy, manage, monitor and maintain Tibbr infrastructure and Tibco Enterprise Middleware.
Good understanding of Operating system, practical experience working in large enterprise based clients with platform in unix, Linux, Solaris, Oracle databases, sql scripting, shell scripting, Java/JScript, XML, knowledge on networks WAN, LAN with virtual IP, VLAN.
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networks.
Basic understanding of load balancing and firewalls.
Understanding of high availability solutions/technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
The following would be considered a plus:
Experience on IBM WebSphere MQ Administration on Windows, AIX, Linux and Z/OS.
Experience with Tibco Adapter for MQ Series.
