Territory Manager -Inside Sales Pro needed ($100k base)

We are looking for a Territory Manager to work from our office in Minneapols.
This position is a new account development role and requires someone with strong technology equipment knowledge and sales background. The primary responsibility of the Territory Manager is to setup new alliances, and close long-term profitable business in the designated territory. The Territory Manager needs to be able to have direct, peer-to-peer discussions with senior management of target accounts, lead the sales process and close business.
Specifically, the Territory Manager needs to:
· Be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to strategic business alliances and target prospective technology companies.
· Be able to quickly differentiate good alliance partners and prospects from bad ones.
· Understand the alternatives available to our target prospects (i.e. access to capital and implications of purchase-type offerings) and be able to quickly position our advantages with confidence and authority.
· Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our services in the context of the prospect’s business.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong technology equipment knowledge and sales background.
-Used to a long sales cycle.
-Comfortable selling to C-level via phone – new business development experience is required.
COMPENSATION:
We offer a $80-120,000 base salary plus commission. Commissions are based on leases sold as follows: 15% of the cash gross margin. Full benefits are also provided.
