As part of the Customer Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing first-level, second-level and escalated technical support over the telephone, email and remote desktop connection to our patients and customers who are using our home telemonitoring equipment. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot software over a remote desktop connection
Provide patients and customers with assistance over the telephone setting up home electronic telehealth devices and resolving technical issues
Follow-up with nurses and patients via telephone and email to ensure their issue is resolved
Accurately document telephone calls and emails in a help desk support software program
Perform after-hours on call support
Requirements:

Commitment to a superior service experience with a positive can-do attitude
5+ years technical support experience preferably with medical software or electronics
Experience in a healthcare / medical device / technical / telephone / cable / electrical / health insurance company preferred
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong computer and written / verbal communication skills
Ability to speak clearly with elderly customers
Flexible with work demands and priorities
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
