Superior Technical Resources is seeking an experienced fullcycle technical recruiter to lead the recruitment effort to fill more than technical and professional positions for an industry leader in the medical device industry across multiple geographic areas. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Job Description:
Drive and conduct recruiting strategy discussions with hiring managers and other partners
Conduct prescreening interviews.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers
Working with the administrative staff, manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepares candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy.
Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a thorough audit if required (per OFFCP guidelines).
Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Identifies and recommends recruiting process enhancements. Drives towards repeatable and scalable processes
Assists with the on-boarding process.

Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting experience to include sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage, and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical device, Biotech, or Pharma Industries
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience with Taleo
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
