Systems Qa Analyst 4
Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Creates test plans and scripts for own projects. May lead and review test plans written by others. Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of the Systems QA process.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
Minimum Qualifications: ***All applicants must have at least 5+ years of experience in the following areas***
Previous experience conducting functional, negative, regression, system integration (SIT), acceptance (UAT), load/performance, security, browser compatibility, and performance testing. Previous experience creating test plan, test execution, and test results analyses. Previous experience with automation testing and automation testing tools. Previous experience working with a development/configuration team investigating and correcting software bugs and deficiencies based on the testing results. Previous experience performing various types of testing, such as functional, regression, user acceptance, negative and installation testing. Previous experience providing support to operational team members in creating test scripts. Experienced in engaging operational team members for production validation execution activities. Previous experience providing leadership support for production validation implementation activities. Previous experience staging/conditioning test data. Previous experience with Quality Center (HP Quality Center). Excellent communication and presentation skills, self starter, quick learner, team player.
Preferred Skills: Mortgage Experience is a plus. Knowledge of Lean & Agile Software development approaches is a plus. Experience with QTP is a plus. Strong understanding of Mortgage Default Lines of Business is a plus Knowledge of Fidelty/MPS/LPS is a plus.
