Title: Small Business Specialist 1 - Anoka Location: Minnesota-MN-Anoka Other Locations: Understands and effectively applies relationship sales skills to open, develop, and close sales; create interest in appropriate solutions; actively cross-sells solutions; actively pursues potential customers. Sells Small Business solutions/services such as deposits, treasury management, credit cards, payment and credit solutions services, etc. Maintains and deepens a good working relationship with Small Business customers. Develops new business with current Small Business assigned portfolio and prospects, participating in call programs and outside sales opportunities as assigned by Sales Manager. Resolves Small Business customer account problems in assigned portfolio. Refers more complex customer issues to the Small Business support center. Represents the bank in business development and community activities.
