Sales Manager
Highly regarded, industry leading food manufacturing company has an important need for a leader of the sales group. We need a hands-on person who can provide strong leadership and has prior experience with leadership and the sales in the food manufacturing industry. This individual will need to have the ability to actively work with important clients while managing and leading the sales team at the same time.
Duties:
Management and expansion of significant accounts
Development of strategic sales plans for food sales
Management of company customers
Oversight of cross functional team containing sales, customer service, R&D and operations
Management of sales objectives in whole
Requirements
Bachelor's degree necessary, MBA desired
At least 8-10 years in food or ingredient sales to manufacturers
Five (5)+ years as a successful sales manager
Strong leadership ability
Ability to organize a team, motivate, develop, influence
Strong communication ability, including within internal teams
