Job Summary
This position creates and coordinates customer invoices and verification of the billing with the Accounts Receivable department. Extensive use of ERP systems [Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.] to issue invoices and resolve discrepancies.
The incumbent communicates with customers to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
Working with other departments, contribute to continuous process improvement.
Performs general administrative support for the department. An expert level of MS Excel skills are utilized.
Heavy phone interactions with customers.
Non-traditional working hours.
Must address customer invoice issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Provide timely and accurate information to customer’s invoice requests.
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable, IT and Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items and invoices.
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Escalate issues that are not resolved within the appropriate parameters.
Requirements:
Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Sales Analyst experience in a manufacturing environment - oil & gas preferred
Investigating discrepancies in billing
Reporting and tracking
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High performance teams and a strong team player.
Extensive experience with ERP systems [Oracle, SAP, JDE] required and Solarc Right Angle preferred.
Must qualify as “expert level" in the use of Excel or Access.
