The Packaging Technology division in the U.S. provides first-class technology, high-value services and impressive quality. With four locations in the U.S., the Packaging Technology Division specializes in addressing the processing and packaging applications in the food, confectionery and pharmaceutical industries.
Job Description :
This position will be responsible for achieving sales goals for direct territory as well as coordinating sales activities related to Bosch product line within the sales region. This will include establishing and maintaining direct customer relations, building agency sales and promoting all Bosch products. Responsibilities will include: develop and implement strategy to achieve annual sales plans, sales quotas expense budgets and forecasted sales for territory, implementing, training and maintaining sales processes with the external sales network to maximize sales at the lowest possible cost, coordinate and direct sales personnel and activities in established territory, support management of key accounts within territory, maintain good relationship with customers to assure satisfaction and continued sales revenue growth, submit written sales forecasts and key lost order reports and recommend new product programs and product line improvements.
Job Requirements :
Qualified applicants will possess: a minimum of ten years of experience in the packaging industry, a solid understanding of principles and techniques of sales and marketing management, the ability to select, train, develop and supervise sales personnel, be capable of developing and maintaining good relationships with customers, prospects and suppliers is allied fields, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively articulate ideas and information to customers, colleagues and others and proficiency in MS Office applications. Qualified applicants must be proficient in Spanish and English.
