Specific Responsibilities include:
? Serve as lead for Business Analyst/Quality Analyst team for incoming issue requests to research testing needs and exececute testing through implementation. ? Provide timely responses and resolution to issues and report status to management ? Identify, investigate, and document defects within established process and tracking systems. ? Analyze request and escalate more complex system issues to senior members of Business Analyst team if required ? Maintain issue tracking reports and report status and progress to supervisor ? Support internal coordination of project implementation and testing efforts including development and reporting of defects, and success metrics ? Develop and set up appropriate test data and environments. Develop and execute test scripts and conduct supporting quality tests for complex software applications which validate the quality of the software product. Conversely, validate new functionality does not adversely affect existing product functionality. ? Validate software product is functioning as designed and developed and new functionality does not adversely affect existing production processing. ? Coordinate with Business Analyst and Developers to ensure the solution being delivered meets the business requirements from a quality and business solution perspective. ? Support project testing including test data creation and setup for existing and ongoing projects as required

? Ability to write and/or interpret business requirement documents and test plans; ? Ability to execute application testing using written test plans; ? Must possess strong written and oral communication skills ? Good analytical/troubleshooting skills and astute attention to detail ? Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills; ? Knowledge of Windows XP and the Internet; ? Knowledge of relational databases and report writing tools (Crystal Reports, Access) ? Must be team player and self-motivated individual capable of producing high-quality work with a minimum of hands-on supervision. ? Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
Education and Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree preferred. ? 1-2 years experience testing various applications.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and operate a computer keyboard and/or use other general office equipment on a routine basis
