This position will function as a Field Review Consultant and support Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Retail Branches.
Functions will include analysis in the field, file review, compilation of data, reporting and partnering with sales regarding findings/trends.
The role will handle branch process review and report through the National Underwriting and Production Risk Management Department within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Responsible for: - Handling the most complex quality assurance and review problems and issues. - Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. - Is considered an expert in quality assurance within the group/region/company. - Serves as a consultant to management and external spokesperson for the organization on matters relative to policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years experience in one or more of the following: quality assurance; mortgage operations; loan documentation; loan servicing; or underwriting.
Minimum Qualifications: - This role will require heavy travel, roughly 75% of the time. - Prior experience in a quality review, underwriting, or analytical function is required.
Preferred Skills: - Experience interacting with sales staff.
