Summary:
This position requires an experienced Oracle developer who thinks like a leader. This individual must have a strong desire to help others succeed. The Oracle Lead Developer will be the top technical resource creating interfaces between third-party systems and Oracle 11i, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Workflow running within the Oracle 11i/R12 schema. The Lead Developer will be an integral member of the Oracle ERP 11i/R12 upgrade team and will work closely with the end users, consultants, and project teams to develop technical specifications and program code. The Oracle Lead Developer will act as a mentor to all other developers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical resource/lead for all Oracle modules of 11i. Serve as Technical Lead on R12 Upgrade Serve in a backup DBA role when necessary Develop technical specifications for interfacing data elements between third-party systems and Oracle 11i; this task includes detailed data mapping. Develop technical specifications for Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports; this task includes detailed data mapping Develop program code to support the preceding tasks Mentor and train other developers on the team
Qualifications:
5+ years Advanced PL/SQL and SQL development 5+ years Oracle Forms application development and deployment, recent experience with 6i (or higher) required 5+ years Oracle Reports development and deployment, recent experience with 6i (or higher) required 3+ years Oracle BI (XML) Publisher 3+ years Oracle Workflow Application development and database management using Oracle8i or 9i Logical and physical database design in Oracle 10g and/or 11g In depth technical knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i (E-Business Suite) Experience w/ 1+ ERP conversions (Legacy to Oracle E-Business Suite) Experience w/1+ successful Legacy to Oracle 11i/R12 conversions (E-Business Suite) 1+ Years experience as an Oracle Lead Developer Strong oral and written communication skills
