Our Client has a dedicated Oracle EBS practice that helps their clients with the entire range of services including ERP rationalization, R12 upgrade strategy and execution and EBS enabled business transformation initiatives. The Sr. Oracle EBS Implementation Consultant within our client's practice will be focused on the configuration of Oracle EBS modules to our client's functional requirements and business process. All qualified candidates should have the following:
Knowledge Preferred:•Demonstrates considerable knowledge of Oracle EBS based solutions, especially consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member.•Demonstrates considerable consulting knowledge, emphasizing assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle based solutions and improving business processes •Demonstrates considerable and broad subject matter (business process) knowledge of Oracle applications assisting with technical efforts including development, designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment. •Demonstrates thorough business process knowledge associated with the specific modules e.g., payment process, matching process, month-end close, etc.•Demonstrates thorough level of knowledge in specific industry processes e.g., High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, etc.•Demonstrates considerable knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities. Participate in proposal development efforts.•Demonstrates thorough knowledge of implementations and standard industry practices for at least two of the following modules: GL, AGIS, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, Receivables, Payables, Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, Advanced Procurement (Sourcing, Proc. Contracts, Services Procurement), iSupplier, IPM, Inventory, Order Management, Account Receivable, Trade Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain Applications•Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success within, any of the following major supply chain process areas: Procure to Receipt, Order to Fulfill, Plan to Manufacture, Forecast to Deliver
Skills Preferred:•Demonstrates thorough abilities to develop process flows using visio or other tools, be skilled in developing business scenarios, conduct detailed solution option analysis, and develop PowerPoint summary.•Demonstrates thorough abilities to present and conduct process workshops. Demonstrate an ability to write business process documents (BP80 equivalent), MAP & GAP documents; workshop presentations for solution design sessions; process walk-through; test scripts and/or functional specifications of RICE items. •Demonstrates considerable technical abilities with configuration, including articulating the steps involved in configuring specific modules•Demonstrates thorough ability to identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.•Demonstrates thorough ability to perform and function independently on implementations, working closely with clients and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
Min Year Exp: 5 years, with at least two years directly involved in Oracle EBS implementations
Min Degree(s) and Certifications: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
