In addition to its award-winning suite of software, Kroll Ontrack provides data recovery, advanced search, paper and electronic discovery, computer forensics, ESI consulting, and trial consulting and presentation services.
The Operations Project Manager I acts as a consultant between customers, project managers and multiple operations departments to establish project deadlines and determine technical project specifications and create technical specification worksheets. Operates with minimal supervision and has wide latitude for independent judgment and decision making.
Responsibilities
Determines customer's technical project specifications and establishes project deadlines based on extensive proprietary systems knowledge and understanding of company's operations processes. * Documents project requirements to initiate project launch. * Investigates and resolves technical issues with system tools that jeopardize project completion and result in errors in project deliverables. * Authority to determine resource allocation for specific project needs across team resources. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 1 or more years of Intermediate computer technical knowledge/experience * Ability to: * Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking. * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities. * Effectively communicate with business leaders and collaborate with cross-departmental representatives. * Advanced time management and organizational skills. * Self Starter * Sense of urgency * Strong attention to detail * Client focused
