Initial training to take place in Edina with ultimate location in Maplewood.

Required experience of at least 2 years underwriting conventional credit packages. WIll assist loan officers and loan analysts in structuring loan transactions. Ability to maintain turn time established by department manager.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion both orally and in writing. Ability to provide excellent customer service to the field. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment to meet closing deadlines. Some overtime may be required. Minimum of 2 years of mortgage banking experience to include underwriting experience and strong working knowledge of Automated Underwriting Systems. Ability top explain and support decisions.
