Mortgage Loan Review Analyst
Long term, temporary assignment
Location Downtown Mineapolis
Anticipating multiple openings for mortgage loan review analyst within a large mortgage company. Will be responsible for reviewing loan files for accuracy and completion. Job entails performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products.
Functions include reviewing compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applications, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups.
Candidates with recent experience or education in accounting, business, finance, economics or mathematics are encouraged to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment with very little team member interaction
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Solid Data Entry skills (9000 Kph +)
• Willingness to work overtime (hours in excess of standard 40 hours per week) as file volumes dictate is a must.
• Ability / interest in a long-term placement up to 18 months
