Position available in Edina and Maplewood.
Review approval, appraisal and title commitment to insure all Investor/Agency requirements are being met. Review and verify the entire file insuring all borrower(s) names, address and fees are accurate. Review and verify that all proper compliance documents are in the file. Verify investor loan pricing confirmations to insure the loan will be funded accurately. Prepare closing package and instructions. Review HUD for accuracy and compliance. Prepare investor required documents. Interact with title closer, loan officer and processor regarding closing requirements.
Requirements:
High School Diploama or equivalent is required. Minimum of 3 years closing experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have proven organizational skills and be attentive to detail. Ability to work additional hours or alternative shift in order to meet business needs and essential functions of the job.
