* Innovate and lead development and introduction of new business product and service offerings in assigned product line
* Develop and manage marketing programs to introduce the new product and service offerings to the sales organization, the targeted customer base, and the market to achieve sales goals
* Develop marketing strategies, customer value propositions, promotional programs and pricing which will meet sales and profit objectives for the business unit
* Create and manage product/service marketing plans including strategy and positioning, market research, competitive analysis, product performance specifications, pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market share analysis, product line projections, budgets and capital expenditures
* Provide the sales organization with leadership and effective marketing support, including sales tools, training, administrative support and problem solving capability
* Participate in ongoing customer interactions and research to generate customer insights, and translate the voice of customer into actionable business opportunities
* Actively support the development and success of team members through effective on-boarding, on-the-job training, timely feedback and coaching
Basic Qualifications:
* MBA in Marketing or related discipline
* 5+ years professional/marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Business-to-business marketing experience
* Excellent problem solving and quantitative analysis skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience managing complex business problems
* Strong organizational, negotiation and project management skills
* A successful track record of working effectively with a sales force must also complement strong relationship-building skills
