? Coordinate the development and marketing efforts of the Home Loans Direct mortgage channel. ? Manage the customer experience of the HLD customer ensuring that the feature-functionality provides a high level of net promoters. ? Manage through internal or external sources; web site design, updates and ongoing improvements and maintenance for the HLD channel. ? Review and edit all marketing efforts for the HLD channel to ensure the end product reflects the overall bank?s marketing objectives. ? Research and negotiate with all third party vendors that supply any marketing support to this channel. ? Develop forward looking marketing plans and timelines to accomplish objectives of the HLD channel. Provides ROI evaluations of all endeavors and projects to determine cost/benefits/return. ? Monitor and report on competitor?s products, sales and marketing activities. ? Create and manage the ongoing maintenance of comprehensive reporting data suitable for day to day monitoring of marketing results as well as board quality board reports.
Minimum Qualifications
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills for effective interactions with clients and associates to meet financial investment objectives and/or resolve problems or complaints. ? Extensive experience designing websites ? Must be self-motivated and also work in a team environment. ? Excellent project and time management skills ? Good problem solving skills
