A manager role in the marketing organization, the Manager, Industry Marketing - Mortgage is responsible for developing and executing global industry marketing programs that drive FICO sales in the mortgage lending and servicing space. The Manager will drive awareness and sales leads around FICO Solutions and expertise. The Manager will partner with the Field Marketing group and with the sales organization to develop strategies and execute tactics for creation of voice, lead demand generation and sales engagement for FICO's mortgage solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Develop and manage programs that increase FICO's voice in the mortgage lending vertical. . Develop Industry level FICO Solutions campaigns for mortgage, working with field marketing, product development, businesses line owners and sales to effect positive revenue growth in all vertical areas. . Identify target markets, demographic characteristics, purchasing motivations and market influences that inform campaign programs for mortgage. . Identify key stakeholders, media editors, industry analyst, associations and groups that act as influences to the buying process. Develop programs that touch these participants with key messages around FICO solution differentiators. . Meet regularly with mortgage clients and prospects to understand key pain points and solution needs. . Create marketing materials, brochures, white papers, collateral and web site content for mortgage Industry solutions, working with other marketing organizations for production. . Develop public relations and analyst relations programs that increase positive visibility and awareness in the mortgage vertical. . Identify channel partner opportunity for FICO Solutions in mortgage, working with the Industry Channel Marketing Director to develop appropriate programs that drive revenue. . Actively measure results and provide ongoing program optimization. . Budget planning and management. Experience/Qualifications : Who will be successful? . 7-10 years experience in a marketing role in mortgage lending industry required. Deep knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending and servicing is preferred. . Excellent marketing program creation and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage a captive installed base and prospects. . Proven background in growing revenue in the mortgage lending space through self-directed strategies, managed to budget and timeline. . The ability to think strategically, making data-driven decisions. . Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and change management skills. . BA or equivalent degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred. . Highly professional and organized. . Bias towards action with flawless implementation. . Leadership through influence. . Self starter with minimal need for supervision. . High degree of diplomacy and superior interpersonal skills. . Sense of humor and ability to manage flexibly in a high growth/high performance company/organization undergoing change. . Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
