Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and oversee learning design and development engagements within the financial services sales, service and IT space.
Assist Senior Executives in qualifying, architecting and responding to learning and collaboration opportunities within the banking, insurance and capital markets industry
Project Responsibilities on Client Engagements include: o Architecting learning solutions and where possible leveraging our off-shore delivery organization o Estimating and planning learning design and development projects o Providing a learning point-of-view regarding third party training vendors, authoring tools, learning technologies (e.g., LCMS and LMS) and various learning sourcing solutions (e.g., staff augmentation, co-sourcing, outsourcing, transformational outsourcing) o Managing and overseeing learning and collaboration engagements both on-shore and off-shore o Developing client relationships with Learning & Development client executives
Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of learning consulting experience with financial services companies (prefer Banking and/or Insurance)
Minimum of 2 years experience working with authoring tools, learning content management systems and or learning management systems
Minimum of 2 years of training design strategy experience
Minimum of 2 years content development or learning technology delivery / deployment experience
Minimum of 3 years of curriculum / instructional design experience in developing blended learning solutions
Minimum of 3 years of content design and development experience leveraging web-based authoring tools
Minimum of 3 years of financial services industry experience in sales, service or IT
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills
Bachelors Degree in Education or Instructional / Graphics Design
Director or VP Learning & Development experience at a major fortune 500 company
Team Management experience
