Our client is currently seeking an HTML CSS Administrator with service-now experience. Essential Functions: * This position will implement, and maintain the workflow, reporting, and overall design, configuration, and integration of the ticketing tool, at a minimum, accounting for technical integration points (e.g. LDAP data), security, and creation of roles, groups, and users - 35%* Works on projects, enhancements, problems, and incidents of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments - 30%* Prepares user procedure manuals, comprehensive test plans, technical design documentation and service documentation - 15%* Through metrics collection and reporting, continuously evaluate and optimize the ticketing tool and its utilization within IS&T and throughout the University - 10%* Report system development progress and activities to all levels of management and users - 10%Analytical: * Ability to understand business strategies and initiatives and translate into IT project ject/Process Management: * Exceptional time management, prioritization, planning, and organizational skillsComputer/Technical: * 3-5 years' experience with JavaScript.
