? 3 - 5 years of successful sales experience in the financial planning, securities, or insurance industry.
? Completion of NASD?s Series 7 and 63 and life insurance license required. Health insurance licenses must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
? Acceptable compliance record from prior position(s).

Additional Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree preferred
? Knowledge of client management technology helpful (Inve$TR)
? Working knowledge of a Financial Planning Process or comprehensive client profiling system, including goal analysis and asset allocation.
? Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills.
? Strong one-on-one and group presentation skills.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the branch environment
- Increasing assets under management through leveraging referral opportunities from within the branch network
- Cultivation of existing client base and the execution of client focused marketing initiatives
- Providing investment recommendations based on a thorough examination of client needs
- Cross-selling to other areas within the Harris organization
- Providing superior service to client base.
