(CRF), a leader in community investment for small business, community facilities and economic development activities, is currently looking for a Credit Analyst for our downtown Minneapolis office. We are a pioneer in developing new ways for small businesses to access capital and are also one of the largest New Markets Tax Credit lenders to small business.
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
In this extremely detail oriented role, you will be expected toprovide administrative support to the President and CEO, CRF Officers and the Board of Trustees. You will also be responsible for managing an effective and efficient Office. You will handle extremely sensitive/confidential information which requires good judgment and discretion. Daily interaction with upper level executives and trustees and direct contributions to the mission and overall growth, stability and profitability of CRF are also required.
Responsibilities: · Schedule, manage and prioritize calendar for CRF President · Review, organize and prioritize incoming calls and correspondence · Arrange travel plans, itineraries and compile documents related to meetings · Schedule meetings, arrange travel, prepare correspondence · Develop and maintain key outside relationships in highly professional manner · Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets · Manage/Coordinate the activities of the Board of Trustee’s and committees · Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions · Manage logistics for meetings · Act as custodian of corporate documents and records · Document key board decisions and communicate to CRF staff on a timely basis · Receptionist duties including phone, mail, visitors · Analyze and organize office operations including information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies and other clerical services · Serve as primary contact to building manager and other office vendors · Ensure that office is organized, clean and presentable at all times · Identify administrative needs and develop appropriate solutions and recommendations · Direct organization and filing of general corporate registrations · Maintain corporate books and records · Plan/coordinate/implement office layout, develop office budget and develop and implement cost reduction office administrative programs · Coordinate back-up support for receptionist duties within CRF and with temporary employees · Direct and prepare programs, events and conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and managing event budget · Coordinate key mailings · Develop and maintain a disaster plan · Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CRF Management, Staff and Board of Directors · Enter data using CRF’s information technology data entry standards · Ensure data integrity
Requirements
Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree and 5 years executive assistance and office management experience required · Proven experience in administrative support for an Executive and Board of Directors highly desired · High degree of proficiency in using computer technology and software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, Adobe and SharePoint · Significant knowledge and experience using the Internet, Internet Search, and related tools · Experience in data entry and data management
