Overview:
Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex monitoring systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending monitoring solutions that enable the stability of the IT services that are provided to the business. Tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity. Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems. A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of systems analysis and monitoring with strong business knowledge. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex monitoring systems based on in-depth system knowledge.

This position is for a Senior Analyst in the Enterprise Monitoring team.

· Desire to push for continuous system improvement; make systems run stronger/faster/cheaper
· Assist with deployment of BSM 9 system
· Develop custom solution using BSM 9 suite of applications to monitor and maintain network
· Provide proactive management and reporting
· Work with development teams, vendors, and partners to provide dashboard views of IT services provided to the business
Technical requirements - 4 years of experience with the following:
· HP BAC/BSM application suite
· Deploying BAC/BSM in large-scale environments for service management
· HP Operations Manager
· HP Network Node Manager
· Sitescope
· Retail industry experience is desirable
