. Working in collaboration with the executive management, field management, and field staff to expand current relationships, regain lost business, and create new relationships based on the assigned target list. (Target list will consist of a mix of AmLaw 250 firms, Fortune 1,000 companies, as well as a mixture of existing, former, and potential "high volume" client companies based on geography) Job Duties/Requirements Responsibilities of this position will also include the following:
. Utilize specific target list to cultivate high-potential project accounts that fit the client and business profile of Robert Half Legal.
. While establishing short-term business opportunities, be strategic and gear efforts towards building long-term business relationships that will result in consistent sales levels for project business.
. Target sales conversations and meetings with "C" level executives (Partners, General Counsel, CEO, CFO, and COO).
. Collaborate with other Directors and RHL Management to analyze business opportunities.
. Partner with the Vice Presidents of eDiscovery Services to determine approach towards potential co-business opportunities that fit within the Robert Half Legal business targets.
. Interact with the Vice Presidents of Strategic Accounts on a regular basis to discuss strategy regarding specific business opportunities.
. Establish strong working relationships with Protiviti Managing Directors to ensure cross-leveraging of project account business opportunities in the litigation field.
. Act as consultant to branch sales staff within assigned territory regarding high-volume opportunities.
. This position reports to the District Director or Regional Manager of Robert Half Legal, who will provide overall direction regarding prioritization of target list, utilization of time, and performance feedback.
