Employment Type: Full Time Branch-Department: Bloomington, MN Description: -Support MCB Chief Credit Officer with administrative duties such as: PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, expense reports, scanning, faxing, coordinating meetings, training, scheduling, meeting arrangements, report distribution, routing and follow-up, create and maintain centralized policies, procedures and forms, create and maintain database tracking systems and create and process RFD's. Other duties may include vendor management, business continuity, committee approval processes, record retention and exception tracking. -Support MCB Commercial related credit administrative duties such as: scanning, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, creating and processing RFD's and expense reports, creating and maintaining binders, and printing reports. -Support MCB Underwriting Manager with administrative duties such as: Excel spreadsheets, scanning, coordinating meetings, creating and processing RFD's and expense reports, updating pipeline reports, and special projects. -Support MCB Special Assets Manager with duties such as: scanning, printing/copying reports, managing calendar, creating and processing RFD's and expense reports. -Plans and coordinates staff, banker and management related meetings as requested. Attend, take/distribute notes (meeting minutes) and act as a greeter for the Credit Administration group. -Prepares records such as: agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions. Plans and coordinates employee training and communication meetings in conjunction with the Chief Credit Officer and as assigned. -Miscellaneous duties: Assist with communications and coordination with regulators, loan review and holding company personnel. Assist with coordination of corporate plane usage with the Holding Company staff visits to Southern Illinois, special projects, arrange courier service, catering/lunch arrangements, scanning, special HR projects, create recruiting folders, manage Fobs, keys, and Olympic Place security access. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: -2 year College/Tech. Degree or Equiv. -3-5 years experience -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Strong attention to detail and highly accurate. -Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) along with SharePoint and Adobe. -Highly proficient and excellent skill in preparing in PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials. -Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret technical/analytical and legal documents and regulatory materials. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Timely execution of required duties along with excellent follow through skills. -Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential company, employee, and financial information and maintain that confidentiality. -Previous administrative assistant or executive assistant experience. -Previous experience in banking industry and credit administrative duties. -Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. -Must have the ability to occasionally travel to other locations, including out of state.
