Job Description: ICD-9CM and CPT coding, with appropriate modifiers, abstracting, analysis and data entry are performed on inpatient and outpatient service records to provide information for billing patient accounts, and to assure that an accurate clinical data base is maintained. The incumbent will also ensure compliance of coding and documentation for reimbursement according to federal regulations and guidelines. Additional Requirements:
