JOB SUMMARY:
Clerical support functions for client programs related to implementing and maintaining appliance recycling programs.
Program Maintenance
Support client programs through gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Proactively monitor program reports and balance manual and system reports.
Research, resolve and track incentive and rebate check and card issues, returning all external customer inquiries consistently within 24 business hours.
Perform incentive and rebate check and card re-issues, following extra steps to override standard processes.
Submit and activate cards for deliver-to-home incentive program.
Create and update rebate reporting as program requirements evolve.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve internal and external customer complaints.
Assemble new and revised program materials for Client Support Coordinator distribution.
Prepare summaries of client program parameters.
Serve as a backup support to Client Support Coordinators.
Assist with client program implementation projects.
Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
Uphold a working knowledge of ATO (JAVA and ColdFusion), Helgeson’s Rebate Zone, Citi’s Client Zone, and EnerPath systems.
Possess a general understanding of contractual obligations and client program requirements.
Interact with internal and external customers and display courtesy, teamwork and professionalism.
Practice confidentiality of internal and external customer information.
Represent the department positively and proactively, promoting a team environment.
Contribute to the development of future processes and procedures.
Provide daily backup support for the reception desk.
Maintain an attendance record in accordance with company policy, including start and end times, breaks and sick time.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
Participate in department and company meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Comfortable taking and receiving calls from customers and clients.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and recognize when and how to escalate customer problems
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience with databases with strong and accurate data entry skills are required
