Honeywell is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to add to their growing team!
Channel Marketing Manager: Residential & Light Commercial Trade Channel in the Comfort & Energy Systems Group. Responsible for significant revenue & budget managing an extensive portfolio of new/existing products/services for the North America geography. The position manages a high performance team to support external customers, sales force, marketing communications, and marketing product management. Key deliverables include channel management strategy/execution, brand management, program/project management, market/segment channel analysis, and marketing communications support. As a key member of the channel leadership team, this role is expected to lead the organizational channel alignment with sales, product management, customers, and shared business resources. Customer scope includes distributors, and professional trade contractors. Key metrics of success include channel profitability/return on investment, new product awareness/adoption rates, promotion/customer segmentation alignment, team alignment, and talent management.
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree * 6-10 years marketing experience * 2 years of people management experience
Additional Qualifications: * MBA preferred * Experience in market segmentation and analysis; understanding customer buying behaviors, sizing customer segments, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns for specific segments. * Strong P&L understanding; utilized to manage programs, products, and services offered to a channel * Must demonstrate the ability to deliver the product/service value proposition to customers in varied segments in multiple channels. * Experience growing businesses through traditional channel media, social media, and progressive channel management tools/services. * Experience implementing channel management systems, which may include marketing automation, loyalty programs, co-op advertising, etc. * Excellent writing and program management skills enable success in this fast paced and dynamic business
