Leads, develops and manages the registration process for all events in the Minnesota Office portfolio. Coordinates and distributes all athlete items such as t-shirts, race bibs and finisher medals. Submits sanctioning requirements to governing bodies, responds to email inquiries and provides general administrative support to the Office production team. Provides leadership in the fulfillment of our Mission Statement.
Examples of Work Performed
Compiles, maintains, and tracks race registration and information
Maintains race profiles and updates contact information in database
Responds to registration questions and issues and verifies data
Generates ad-hoc reports of participant information as requested
Manages all coupon codes and registration promotions
Coordinates shipment and distribution of participant items such as t-shirts, medals and race bibs
Oversees bib number assignment and packet pick-up process
Trouble shoots all issues on or before race day related to registration
Onsites at packet pick-up/check in/start of all events or oversee appointed staff to handle
Coordinates stuffing of race packets and delivery to race site
Assists with planning special events as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Four-year college degree in Sports Management, Communications or related field
Experience
Two years experience in Customer Service related field preferred
Event production and management experience preferred but not required
Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
None required

Knowledge of triathlon, running, cycling and other athletic events helpful
