Description

Are you ready to play a major role in taking AT&T's mobile eCommerce business to the next level? Are you ready to create a best in class experience on the mobile web, AT&T mobile applications and tablets?
The Lead Marketing Manager eCommerce Mobile Strategy will drive the development and implementation of ecommerce mobile & tablet strategy and business solutions. As a leader in mobile eCommerce you will proactively explore new business opportunities, assess economics of new wireless business models and prioritize new business plans through ROI & key business metrics. You must effectively partner with peers across the enterprise to align strategy and implementation plans while establishing key metrics to measure success and value of mobile. Provide direction to maximize mobile and tablet experiences as a way to drive cross-channel traffic and customer engagement.
You will work closely with Care, Product, Advertising, Marketing Creative, Web Design, Testing and Development teams to ensure that ecommerce solutions support business strategy and integrate seamlessly with tablets, mobile apps and mobile web. This role requires someone with strong strategic thinking skills and attention to detail to analyze business requirements, propose creative solutions, and oversee complex mobile and tablet ecommerce projects.
This individual will lead the development and implementation of a tablet strategy while establishing a unified customer experience between full web, device (mobile & tablet), and mobile web to include tablet usage. Drive a best in class customer service experience for AT&T customers across all mobile touch points. Broad knowledge of the mobile and tablet field along with strong leadership and analysis skills are needed to position AT&T's mobile web, apps and tablet experiences for growth in the fast-changing world of mobile.

Qualifications

Requirements
Bachelor degree required. MBA preferred.
· 4-6 years experience in digital self service including PC, Tablet, and mobile devices
· 4-6 years experience managing teams, preferably comprising diverse disciplines including marketing, design and technical resources
· At least 3 years experience leading design efforts utilizing 3rd party suppliers with demonstrable short-term and long-term results
· Specific experience in the wireless industry, either with a wireless carrier, manufacturer or wireless software design firm
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Superior written and oral communication skills, including interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Ability to prepare concise presentations suitable for consumption by senior leadership; also ability to define and clearly document project scope
· Three or more years working with wireless devices in either a technical, troubleshooting, or project management capacity
· Experience with mobile applications and operating systems
· Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
· Flexible and able to work in dynamic work environments with limited supervision to deliver results
· Multiple years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).

· Perform as a dedicated team player, capable of operating effectively with a minimum of direction.
· Six or more years of related marketing/product experience, ideally in consumer content for wireless or web
· Experience with managing projects through a software development lifecycle - agile, RAD and/or waterfall
