AT&T Director, Site Strategy and Acquisition for Retail Real Estate
Description
AT&T is looking for a star performer to lead our retail site strategy and acquisition team to new heights. In this Director, Site Strategy & Acquisition for Retail Real Estate role you will be responsible for ensuring that we build the right stores in the right locations to leverage all of AT&T's products and services nationwide. We need the right person to guide the future of AT&T's retail footprint across the country. If this sounds like you, read on for more details.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic governance of the retail store site selection process, strategic market development, and companywide leasing practices
Review, negotiation, and execution of lease agreements
Oversight of the lease renewal process, and rationalization of existing retail store sites
Oversight of the development of analytical models to ensure that retail store sites with strong market development potential are identified
Management of a team of GIS Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Transaction resources, as well as their policies and practices
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a similar role with a large retail company leading a national roll out of more than 100 stores annually
Extensive experience with market/retail analytics
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office
Desired Qualifications:
BA or equivalent experience
Finance degree a plus
Brokerage experience desired
