Responsibilities Include: * Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements. * Provide advice on project design concepts or design changes. * Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. * Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. * Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. * Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability. * Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. * Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs. * Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams. * 5 years experience in full cycle Enterprise Java applications development. * 5 years experience with software process diagrams/UML. * 5 years Spring and Hibernate experience. * 5 years of full cycle SDLC experience. * 1 years Oracle and SQL Server experience. Assets: * Experience with the healthcare industry, claims data (X12) and clinical data (HL7). * Experience with Springsource Application Platform and Tool Suite. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
