Job Description
Seeking Compliance Auditors for Financial Institutions
Experis provides risk advisory services, including bank compliance audits, to clients that include 14 out of the 20 largest bank holding companies along with regional and community banks. Representing approximately one-third of our total revenue, our financial services practice is a vital and growing part of Experis' business.
The Financial Institution Compliance Audit professional works under the general supervision of the Engagement Manager and / or Director while completing assigned projects and maintaining the appropriate level of utilization. The professional is accountable for performing work at Experis clients in the following areas: Research, interpret and apply deposit, lending and bank-wide regulatory compliance requirements Manage compliance risk assessment and compliance process improvement initiatives Review compliance programs, and identify and evaluate compliance risks, mitigating controls and opportunities for internal control improvements. Develop and conduct regulatory compliance monitoring programs, or periodic internal audits Review and update policies and procedures for AML/BSA and all applicable FDIC and Federal Reserve regulations Develop and conduct compliance training programs Report findings to the client's management and Board of Directors as required

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area required (accounting, auditing, finance, etc.) Minimum 5 years of banking and/or financial services experience, with at least 3 years experience in bank compliance and audit
High level expertise, knowledge and experience as bank Compliance Manager/Officer, BSA/AML Officer, Compliance Auditor, Regulatory Examiner, or Financial Institution Internal Auditor. CRCM, CAMS, CIA Certification or prior experience as a bank examiner a plus Extensive experience working with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations and USA Patriot Act. Experience working with money center or regional bank holding companies a plus Working knowledge of regulatory environment and applicable banking regulations impacting the financial services industry. Ability to identify and communicate solutions to complex, time-critical or recurring business issues Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros)
Our immediate client needs include auditors with experience focused on credit/loan review audits, Assets, Liabilities, Income, Expenses, Loans, Policies, Management, Compliance, Internal controls, Information systems and risk, and compilation of financial data. Experience in community banking is a big plus!!!
