We are seeking a strong leader for our Accounting Manager/Black Belt position responsible for the overall management of the accounting & payroll functions and leading cost reduction and productivity improvement projects. This position reports directly to the CFO who is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Requirements:
The best candidate for this opportunity must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, along with 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid experience with cost accounting and ERP systems is required, as well as general ledger and month-end reporting experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must with prior supervisory background. Experience with continuous improvement, Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma tools is preferred and highly valued.
